Merida Scultura Disc 8000-E – Black/Blue 2021
The Scultura is the lightweight racer that has powered 4 generations of Merida ProTour teams to World-Tour victories and combines class leading comfort with whippet-like acceleration. Cycling Plus magazine called it ‘a piece of legendary racing equipment’.
The CF4 is the same frame the pro riders use and features the same ProTour proven geometry and the most expensive carbon lay-up.
The frame features truncated NACA fastback profiled tubes and a slimmed down tapered head tube for aerodynamics. The powerful hydraulic disc brake calipers are mounted on the chainstay for better dissipation of braking forces using the flat mount standard for a neat, flush fit. Calipers sit on top of CNC’d aluminium Disc Cooler fins which reduce operating temperatures by up to 35%.
