How to use the booking form

  1. Pick a date
    • Pick a date from the calendar (min 1 day advance booking)
    • Select the service you want from list of results
    • Click on “Book” or refine your search using the available options
  2. Choose extras
    • If required, choose some extras
    • Click “Next”
  3. Choose a Time
    • Pick a time that suits you from the list of free appointments
    • Click the “Book” button
  4. Complete your Details
    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your telephone number
    • Click “Confirm”. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to pay
  5. Make Payment – Deposit
    • Pay via PayPal
    • Once paid you’ll be return to your booking confirmation
  6. All done! Thanks for booking with us

Terms and conditions

Confirmed bookings:

  • Confirmed bookings – bookings are confirmed once your full payment or booking deposit is paid and approval from our booking system sent
  • Payments and booking deposits – Payments and booking deposits are non-refundable. Payments and deposits are paid via PayPal at time to pay and credit your account against the final balance. Booking deposits are no more than 10% of the total service charge. If appointments are missed or cancelled your deposit forms a cancellation fee and is non-refundable. Please see cancellation policy below

Cancellations and missed appointments:

Things don’t always go to plan. Here’s what happens with cancelled appointments

  • If you need to cancel – each service has a cancellation cut-off time. If you cancel before the cut-off time payments/deposits made are credited to your account and redeemed against future purchases or services at Bike Works Co. If you cancel after the cut-off time your payment forms a cancellation fee. A new booking must to made and a new payment or booking deposit paid
  • Missed appointments are treated as cancellations outside of the cancellation cut-off time
  • If we need to cancel – we’ll make every effort to contact you in reasonable time. We will work with you to re-book your appointment. Your payment or booking deposit will transfer to the new appointment. If a new appointment cannot be easily made we will of course refund you in full

Bike Service limitations:

  • Service booking dates and times are for guideline use only and act to reserve your time in our workshop. Completion dates and times will vary dependant on but not limited to inspection results, parts availability and other external factors. Approximate turn-a-round time is 1-2 days, whilst some jobs may take longer. We work to complete all services in a timely manner
  • All service prices are inclusive of labour and associated consumables (oils, cleaners, diagnostic tools or similar) only. Replacement parts are not included in any service price
  • Replacement parts – if replacement parts are required to complete any service work an estimate will be provided to you via WhatsApp or email. We will not order or replace any parts without your consent

Collection and Delivery:

  • Area of service – our Collection and Delivery service operates within a 10 mile radius east of Exmouth. The Exe Estuary marks the westerly limit of the operating area. The area includes Topsham, Ottery St. Mary, Honiton and Sidmouth
  • Service operating times – the Collection and Delivery Service operates on Tuesday and Friday between 9.30am and 1pm
